Your Responsibilities as a Fully Qualified Lawyer (m/f/d) at ALZURA
- Advise the Executive Board and specialist departments on all legal matters related to day-to-day operations
- Independently draft, review, and negotiate contracts – from IT, SaaS, platform and license agreements to purchasing, sales, and cooperation agreements
- Assess new business models, products, and digital processes from a legal perspective and support their implementation
- Actively contribute to ensuring compliance with legal requirements and further developing our compliance structures
- Confidently handle matters relating to competition law, consumer law, distance selling law, and employment law, including general terms and conditions (GTCs), withdrawal rights, and information obligations
- Manage data protection (GDPR) and IT law topics in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategically oversee ongoing proceedings and work confidently with external lawyers and authorities
- Monitor legal developments and derive clear, pragmatic recommendations for action for the company
- Contribute to resolving disputes, warning letters, and regulatory inquiries in a solution-oriented manner
Your Profile as a Fully Qualified Lawyer (m/f/d):

Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with two successfully completed German State Examinations and several years of professional experience as an in-house counsel or in a commercial law firm

Enthusiasm for digital business models and technologies, combined with strong commercial and entrepreneurial understanding

Contract drafting and negotiations are part of your daily business, as is confident interaction with authorities and courts

Procedural experience and a pragmatic approach to risk enable you to maintain oversight even in complex situations

Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and business-fluent English skills
