"My apprenticeship at ALZURA AG was a very educational, exciting, and interesting time for me, during which I was able to continue my education, develop, and expand my horizons regarding eCommerce.
For this reason, I highly recommend an apprenticeship at ALZURA AG, as you get to see all the processes related to the internet that you might not have been aware of before, such as running ads on Google.
Overall, I look back on a successful period and wish future apprentices the best of luck on their journey!"
Joshua – eCommerce specialist
"Since August 2023, I have been completing an apprenticeship as an E-commerce Management Assistant at ALZURA AG, and I am currently in my second year. During this time, I have gained extensive knowledge and skills, especially through my experience in customer service, product database management, and human resources, where I have been fully involved since April 2024.
An apprenticeship at ALZURA doesn’t just provide theoretical training where you mostly observe. From the very start, you are directly involved in daily operations, taking on your own tasks and projects, actively helping to drive the company forward and achieve new goals.
I am also looking forward to expanding my knowledge and skills in the upcoming departments and areas, and learning more about marketing, controlling, and project management.
All in all, I can highly recommend an apprenticeship at ALZURA AG to anyone who is eager to learn and takes initiative, and I wish future apprentices a great start to their professional journey."
Ronia – Media designer digital & print, web design
"Since August 2024, I have been completing my apprenticeship as a Digital and Print Media Designer with a focus on Web Design at ALZURA AG in Kaiserslautern. From day one, I was fully integrated into daily operations, which allowed me to expand my skills.
At first, I had little experience with HTML and CSS, but I quickly learned the basics and can now independently work on projects. I have also created several online shops using our company’s shop system – an area that was completely new to me.
Practical tasks have helped me deepen my knowledge of Adobe programs. Structured learning assignments combine theory with hands-on exercises, such as creating my own designs, allowing me to continually develop my skills in media design.
Challenges do come up occasionally, but they are a great opportunity to grow. Whenever I have questions or run into problems, I can always turn to my trainer, who is incredibly supportive. A special bonus is the delicious, affordable meals in the company bistro, which make the workday even more enjoyable. ;)"

Can I apply for multiple apprenticeships at the same time?
Yes! For each apprenticeship you want to apply for, you need to create a separate application and upload it using the respective online application form.
What does the application process for apprenticeships look like?
First, your documents are reviewed by HR and the relevant department. If your application convinces us, the next steps are:
-
Interview (in person or online)
-
Applicant day with a trial task and, if applicable, a short orientation day in the respective department
What should my application include?
-
CV
-
Certificates (internships, school, university, work, etc.)
-
Work samples if applicable (programming projects, etc.)
It’s important to us that your documents are complete and easy to follow. This helps us evaluate your previous academic and professional experience and speeds up the process. A cover letter is optional. We appreciate an authentic and motivating letter, but more importantly, we want your application to reach us quickly and hassle-free. Make sure your application includes all relevant qualifications – your most recent school certificates and any internship confirmations. The more complete, the better!
How can I prepare for the interview?
It’s a good idea to know more about us than just our address. Learn about what we do, the services we offer, the market we operate in, and anything special about our company. Also, think about why you chose this apprenticeship, whether we are a good fit for you, and what your expectations are. Of course, you can also ask us any questions you have.
What can I expect in the interview?
Congratulations – you’ve passed the first step! Your profile stood out, and your application was complete. Beyond your qualifications on paper, we want to get to know you as a person. We can’t reveal all the interview questions ;), but you’ll also have the chance to learn more about us and see if the company, team, and apprenticeship are the right fit for you.
What can I expect on the applicant day?
Usually, several candidates participate on applicant day. First, you’ll receive a trial task, which you complete individually or as a team. After presenting your results, you’ll spend time shadowing the respective department. This gives you a practical insight into the apprenticeship, including the company, team, tasks, and processes. It’s also an opportunity for the team to get to know you better.
