Direct Supplier - Sales and shipping by you! The most cost-effective and widely used option

You are a supplier and are displayed with your company profile, shipping the goods and invoicing the buyer. You handle the payment processing, credit risk, and support inquiries in the local language. You notify the invoice amount via SEPA direct debit or use ALZURA Pay (starting Q4/22). Your imported selling price is displayed 1:1 to the buyer.
 
Shipping is handled via parcel service, logistics provider, or your own fleet. You can define specific delivery times for each destination postal code. This enables you to offer services like "Pickup", "ExpressNow", "Same Day", or "Night Express", and reach customers through ALZURA within your existing delivery routes. We can fully integrate your current route planning into ALZURA.
 
Your benefit: You will be listed as the preferred provider in your delivery area – even if you are not the cheapest option.

Dropshipping Supplier

Dropshipping Supplier - Sales by ALZURA AG, shipping by you!

ALZURA AG is the supplier of the goods. You store and ship on behalf of ALZURA AG to the buyer. Invoicing, payment processing, credit risk, support inquiries in the local language, and other aftersales processes are handled by ALZURA AG. You will receive a weekly collective credit. Your imported selling price is displayed 1:1 to the buyer. The displayed seller name will appear in the following format:

ALZURA AG powered by 'Dropshipper Name'.

How long does the onboarding process take?

The sooner you provide us with the information for onboarding, the sooner we can complete the integration. If all necessary documents are submitted to us promptly, onboarding can be achieved within a few hours.

What costs can I expect?

Registration is free for you. Otherwise, you will pay transaction fees starting from 1.0% per order referral. You have the option to choose between two accounts: B2B Supplier and B2B Supplier PRO.

In how many countries is ALZURA active?

ALZURA Tyre24 operates in 9 European countries: Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Belgium.

How do I get my inventory onto ALZURA?

Inventory uploads are done through CSV files on our FTP server, which are automatically imported into our database from there.
