Apprenticeship at ALZURA – what to expect

At ALZURA, you’ll help build our Europe-wide supplier network for the automotive industry—from tires and steel rims to aluminum rims, wear and replacement parts, and automotive accessories—while learning how to engage both customers and suppliers on our B2B platform, tyre24.alzura.com.

In the process, you’ll develop a knack for presenting products persuasively, identifying customer needs, and using sales pitches effectively. During your three-year e-commerce apprenticeship, you’ll become an integral part of our team and build a strong foundation in digital commerce.

Your tasks and insights

You’ll support our Supplier Management Team in establishing and expanding our Europe-wide supplier network in the categories of tires & steel rims, aluminum rims, wear & replacement parts, and automotive accessories
You’ll learn how to convince potential suppliers to join our B2B platform, tyre24.alzura.com, and integrate them technically
As part of the sales team, you’ll participate in sales meetings and pitches via video call and learn how to convince both customers and suppliers of our solutions—from the initial contact to a successful close.
You’ll assist with managing existing suppliers—for example, by helping with product line expansions, price optimizations, and improvements to delivery times and logistics
You’ll collaborate with teams such as Marketing and Support and contribute to campaigns and processes aimed at increasing revenue
You’ll dive deep into our business model and develop an understanding of commercial, digital, and automotive-specific contexts

What we expect from you

You have at least a secondary school diploma or a higher qualification
Have you ever tried out college or are you currently a student and realized that hands-on experience suits you better than pure theory? Then you’ve come to the right place
You’re highly motivated and truly want to achieve something and advance your career
Your German skills are very good, and you’re also confident in English
Topics like e-commerce, sales, and digitalization pique your interest
You have a strong affinity for the online world and technology
An interest in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required
You enjoy interacting with people, whether as part of a team, with customers, or with suppliers
